What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, company name and message. This website does not use cookies or analytics.

Why we use it

We use these details only to answer your enquiry and, if we do business, to prepare and perform a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to business correspondence).

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., which may process data in the United States under the safeguards set out in its data processing terms, and are forwarded to our email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, unless the law requires a longer period.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@vulcanith.eu. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
